Refund policy

At NEIGHT Sleep, we offer a 180-day worry-free sleep trial for our mattresses. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team after 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

For opened mattresses, return requests must be submitted within 180 days of delivery. We will coordinate the return process and provide a full refund in the form of the original payment.

Unopened mattresses may be returned for a refund or exchange at any time. However, please note that all returns must be free from stains, tears, odors, soiling, and damage and suitable for donation. Photographic documentation may be required and is subject to review and approval.

Please note that mattress pickups, returns, exchanges, and refunds are only available in the United States and are not offered in international locations. Additionally, sleep trials are limited to one return per household.

Your mattress must be used on a foundation or non-yielding bed frame with proper structural support.

Canceled orders during shipment or returned to sender by customers prior to the 30-day trial period may be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.
