If any defects in workmanship or materials are found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the mattress at no additional cost to you. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@neightsleep.com. We will need your order number and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, or damage from improper use or handling. It also does not cover mattress toppers or other accessories.
